Fader 03:54
FADER Verse1: Do you recall feeling loved When we slept in the sea, And awoke in the heat? What pulls you so far away When my arms have been raised To accept all your pain? Pre-Chorus: Don’t let me wait, No, don’t let me wait. Will I ever know? Will I ever know? Could you turn the page on a choice I can’t make? Will I ever know? Chorus: I’m thinking maybe that this hold on us Could be crushing all of our cool love. Do we seek to sow this fragile fray Or give it up and let the dial drift astray? Say something if you still want me To stay steady by your still heartbeat. *Sweet nothings* when we feel afraid. If you’re asking me to stay And not just let this fade away. Verse 2: What sets your chambers ablaze? Is there fuel for this tale, Just enough not to fail? I drank the days that we spent. Our myths have truth to mend, So let’s figure where we fit.

HUNTINGTON STEREO Verse 1: Heartlines under the sky Track our bodies to stay lit in lime. Long roads, a hint of smoke I whisper that you’re "good as gold." The light fades, we’re sinking deep Those red shades casting pink across your cheek. Your eyes fixed so wide on me We could be anywhere and feel the heat. Chorus: Let’s turn it up and get down Cause I’m enamored by the sound on your stereo. Let’s paint our lungs across the coast Cause when I sing with you it means the most. Verse 2:
So tear off your first world skin We always flourish on a sentiment. And out here, we’re lost and free Tangled up in boulevards & dreams. Sunsets in silhouette Trace your features with my fingertip. Deep breaths, the better bet Is what we’re holding for the night ahead.
3.
THE WRONG THING Verse 1: In a sheet of night When we close our eyes, I want to leave this fever dream But what if the worst in me disagrees? I wear a crooked crown Cause I’ve surrendered to the sound. And there’s a cost to count, So what do we give up to get down? Pre-Chorus: It’s bittersweet, so sink your teeth We know our roles, and play for keeps. Chorus: And I know it’s the wrong thing… But I swear that you’re what I’ve been wanting. And I know it’s the wrong thing… But if I lose you, it might haunt me. Verse 2: When we cross our lines, We break so fine. I want to press into the pain But I fold every time you call my name. Into the flood, we fall It’s always our backs against a wall. And this can’t, this can’t, this can’t be All that we’re meant for craving. Bridge: "And there’s a truth about people as broken as us— That any ground we gain is a hard-earned love."
4.
LOVELIER OTHER Verse 1: Kissing & records Were the cure for our aches. But spinning this backwards, What romance did we make? Selfish & reckless Were the games we both played. Kodachrome-distressed, But I still want to stay. Pre-chorus: Damn... Look how we’ve come undone from Heart Crimes Committed, don’t turn and run. We could be forever young. We’ll be forever young. Chorus: 'Cause you’re my lovelier other, my lovelier other. Verse 2: Keep it all close now I'll never know what you’ll mean. Or let the pain pour out I really want to come clean. Holding up our heads When we fight just to breathe. Nothing left unsaid I never want to lose this feeling. End: Damn... Look how we’ve come undone from Heart Crimes Committed, don’t turn and run. We could be forever young. We’ll be forever young.
